This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be offered.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Non-returnable items include:
Opened or used Shilajit jars or sachets
Custom or bulk orders
Gift cards or promotional items
Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at: info@alpinehimalayanshilajit.com with your:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Wait for our Return Authorization and instructions.
Ship the item to the address provided in our response.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once your return is approved and received:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days after return approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check with your bank or credit card company.
Contact us if the refund still hasn’t appeared after 10 business days.
We offer exchanges only for:
Items that are defective or damaged
Incorrect items received
To request an exchange, email us at info@alpinehimalayanshilajit.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you instructions and replace the item free of charge once the issue is verified.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will:
Offer a free replacement or
Issue a full refund, including shipping, depending on your preference
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing info@alpinehimalayanshilajit.com. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and will be subject to the standard return policy.
For customers outside Pakistan:
Duties, customs fees, or taxes are non-refundable
Return shipping may take longer depending on your location
Refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency
Bulk or wholesale purchases (10 units or more) are final sale and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged in transit. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
